Why is manga in black and white but American comics are in colour?
In manga only a few pages would be in colour and the rest in black and white. With modern American comics the entire comic is in colour only the essentials are in black and white considering they are the first issues of a particular comic. Also why do most manga use the same type of plain paper while American comics have the nice glossy pages?
Much manga is released on a weekly basis, so there isn’t a lot of time for the fancy-ness of American comics.
